What are keywords?

A keyword is a word that you feel your customers will be searching for online and that is related to the service or product that you are promoting. These days, ranking for a single word is very difficult, so long-tail keyword phrases, where two or more words are used as a phrase, are more likely to be used for keyword optimization.

What are stop words?

Stop words are used in conjunction with article spinning and are basically another way of saying keywords. The reason they are called stop words is that they identify words that you do not want spun or replaced for the article that is to be spun.

What is the difference between a general article and an SEO article?

A general article, as you may have guessed is fairly general in nature and has a more conversational feel to it. An SEO article on the other hand, is primarily built around the targeting of keywords and is used primarily on external sites to enhance backlink targeting. Both styles are designed to provide quality information for readers, but an SEO article is more targeted than the general article.

What is article spinning?

Article spinning is the act of creating multiple unique versions of a single article through the use of word, sentence, and even paragraph replacement.

What does article spinning do for me?

Search engines do not like duplicate information. So, when they find specific information posted once, they tend to index that information and make it available to people that are searching for this type of information. If the search engine finds another instance of this information, and it has nothing new to add, the information is not indexed as it is seen as a duplicate. Article spinning helps to stretch the usefulness of an article by making it unique in its spun form and therefore more likely to be indexed.
