Refund Requests
If you, the customer, feel that you are entitled to a refund of your purchase, please include your reasons in a refund request. We will review your request, and reserve the right to offer alternatives in place of a refund.
How To Request A Refund
To request a refund for any order placed with Content Muse, visit our Contact Us page and fill in your name, receipt information and the reason for your refund request. To ensure that your request is dealt with promptly, please enter the words "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will attempt to reconcile your order and issue applicable refunds within 3 business days.
Refund Claim Period
Refund requests for all orders must be placed within 3 business days from the time that your order was made available to you. Please keep this refund claim period in mind when placing your orders.
Habitual Refund Requests
Content Muse is obligated to protect its writers from requests from customers who habitually request refunds for reasons not covered by our guarantees. Orders will not be accepted from customers who have requested refunds two or more times within a six month period.
Refunded Orders
Articles for which a refund has been made become the sole intellectual property of ContentMuse.com and its owner(s). Due to the digital nature of our product, the customer is required to remove/delete all products for which a refund has been given. Continued use, or distribution of these products by the customer once a refund has been issued is a violation of Content Muse's intellectual property rights.
